In January of 2021 the Fishpaws team took a trip to McClintock Distilling in Frederick, MD. We tasted through many different botanicals and spices to create this special blend we call our own. “The Heiress” is named after the daughter of the Fishpaws Owner, Alessandra (Alei). It’s only fitting that the gin is a beautiful shade of pink since that’s Alei’s favorite color. This gin is fit for a queen!
The major botanicals we rocked in this one were: Lemon Peel, Orange Peel, rosehips, hibiscus, lavender, cardamom, lemongrass and honeysuckle.
On the nose: cardamom, juniper, spruce, strawberry, citrus, orange peel
On the palate: cardamom, rose petal, violet, lavender, sweet viscous mouthfeel
On the finish: long, clean finish
