Fishpaws Marketplace carries Boar’s Head Premium Delicatessen, Metro All Natural &
Roasted Delicatessen, locally sources meats from Fells Point Meats.  We work hard to
help take the work out of entertaining.  All of our salads are made fresh in our deli.
Executive Chef Dawn Lawson and Chef Christian Johnson, a Johnson & Wales
graduate  have over 25 years of catering and restaurant experience. If you don’t see an
item you are looking for below simply ask and we will most likely be able to
accommodate your request.   No request is too strange and no party is too small!

with a fruit compote and simple yet elegant Water Crackers.

Your Choice of 26/30 count or 16/20 count Shrimp are seasoned to perfection and
steamed fresh then served either hot or cold (with or without shell if cold) House Made

– You choose 6 different Boar’s Heads, or Metro Deli Natural meats or ’ own House
Roasted Lunch meats and 3 Boar’s Head cheeses, we add Pickles, Sliced Black

Mayo, and Mustard.  We also provide you with Rolls, and your choice of 2 different
freshly made salads!

Your choice of three freshly prepared sandwich salads on mini rolls with pickle spears
and your choice of toppings.  You choose from: Egg Salad, House Roasted Chicken
Salad, or Tuna Salad, and your topping choices are:  Lettuce, Tomato, or Onion.

3 Foot Sub
Filled with your choice of 3 Boar’s Head Brand, or our own House Roasted Meats and

F.P.’s Fabulous Sandwich Tray
With a minimum purchase of 8 sandwiches from our regular menu we can cut the
sandwiches and place them on an attractive platter to make any occasion extra
special!  You pay for the price of the sandwiches and only add a $5.00 platter charge
per platter used.

Cookie Tray
An assortment of large, fresh baked cookies including peanut butter, chocolate chip,
sugar, white chocolate macadamia nut and double chocolate.

We will now be offering WHOLE ROASTS!  If you can think of it we can probably get it
and we will be happy to roast to your specifications any of the following for your next get

We can source all grades of meat from Select all the way up to Prime!  Price will vary
according to the type of meat you request and the size of the roast needed.
We will also be able to offer the following side dishes completely cooked and ready for
you to reheat in a convenient aluminum pan:

Homemade Mac & Cheese, Broccoli, Cauliflower & Carrots, Roasted Green Bean
Casserole, Sausage Stuffing, Homemade Redskin Potato Salad, Homemade Cole
Slaw, Deviled Egg Platter, Seasonal Bread Puddling

A minimum of 4 days notice is required for all Roasts so that we can order the meat
and brine and roast it to perfection just for you!

Orders and Cancellations
Prefer a minimum of 48 hours notice for all catering
We require a 25-50% deposit to secure a date.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to ensure
deposit refund.
